This book play has been adapted into several successful television shows and movies throughout the years. In this play, Felix Ungar is thrown out by his wife and moves in with his friend Oscar Madison. Despite Oscar’s problems – careless spending, excessive gambling, a poorly kept house filled with spoiled food – he seems to enjoy life. Felix, however, seems utterly incapable of enjoying anything, and only finds purpose in pointing out everyone’s mistakes and shortcomings. When these two unlikely friends are together, there’s no telling what antics will ensue!

Tickets for Calvary’s Hill & The Odd Couple are $15 each – group rates are available. For tickets and more information, go online to colonialcenterva.org or call the Colonial Center’s Box Office at (434) 262-4170

HEArt Classes exist fo r 1st-12th grade students who have a desire to grow in their artistic abilities. During every class we learn, shape and refine tools in our “Artist’s Toolbox”. We strive to provide a safe, fun and structured environment that will:
  • Encourage honor among students and teachers,
  • Give them the ability to critically look at artwork (Masters and other students) and discern meaning, media and heart motivation behind the work,
  • Use many different kinds of media to produce artwork that blesses God, others and ourselves!
  • Utilize a student to teacher ratio that gives each student in every class the attention that they need.
