Volunteer Leadership

Thank You Volunteers

As the season of gratitude approaches, the Clarksville Food Pantry extends its warmest wishes to all our volunteers. Thanksgiving is a time to reflect on the blessings we’ve received throughout the year and to express our appreciation for the volunteers that make the Pantry successful.

On behalf of the Clarksville Food Pantry, we extend our heartfelt wishes for a joyous Thanksgiving. May your homes be filled with laughter, your hearts with gratitude, and your tables with the warmth of shared meals. As we take this brief pause to celebrate, let us also look forward to the continued growth and prosperity of our pantry and volunteers.

Reminders from Community Dinner

Planning Meeting

with Terri Lee

Hello Volunteers,

We are winding down to our community dinner...less than a week ago. With that said:

  1.  If you have not turned in your volunteers, please do so asap. We are still in need of workers.
  2.  If you or someone in your church have volunteered, or wish to volunteer to make sweet potato casserole, the sweet potatoes are ready for pick up in the kitchen of the Fellowship Hall at the Baptist church. The recipe is with the potatoes. I am only aware of 10 pans that are committed, so we do need further volunteers for this as well.
  3.  Patty is still in need of desserts. If you have any additions to our dessert list, please let me know asap. We will supplement with sweets from Sam's Club as needed.

If you have any questions, or can address any of the items above, please let me hear from you.

As always, thank you for your help with this worthy project.

Terri
