We've got a great event lined up for the end of the month: a 2.5 hour beginner's  acro  yoga workshop, facilitated by three supportive instructors. It's perfect for those with little to  no acro experience looking to broaden their yoga horizons! Bring a partner or just yourself.  Snag your seat soon as spaces will be limited.

It's hard to believe it's been a year since Downtown Yoga opened it's doors.   It's been wonderful building this yoga community downtown, and to celebrate we're  having a party during this month's Trolley Night (Friday May 27). The festivities start at 6:00pm with free yoga for the first hour followed at 7:00pm by a raffle, an acro yoga demonstration, wine, and good times. Join our facebook event here !
Mural in the making

We've commissioned our favorite artist, Amy Hutcheson, to create  a mural on the back wall of the Downtown Yoga studio. We can't wait to unveil it for you, but in the meantime, pardon our mess in the coming weeks!
