HEADS UP: CLASS & SCHEDULE CHANGES at CRUfit 
** Monday  Morning Recovery Ride with Freddie is now CRUfit Cycle with Mia, Mondays,   6:00-7:00am  SIGN UP

** Starting October 31st,  Fast Freddie will  be leading a Fat-burning/Recovery Cycling class on Wednesdays at 10:15am

** Thursday Night CRUfit Cycle  is now taught by  John Cheetham,  Thursday 6:30-7:30pm   SIGN UP
 
** Kid's Hip Hop on Saturdays at 12:40pm is cancelled as many parents told us they would prefer a different time slot. We are planning on bringing this class back as a mid-morning weekend class.
 
** Obstacle Course Training has been replaced by Power & Strength with Tinu Mishra, 
Sundays, 8:45-9:30am  SIGN UP

Fall Team Challenge Results & Awards 
 
With a spirited late rally, the CRUfit Team topped 10 Million meters for the second straight challenge. Our 10.2 Million Meters placed us 11th out of 567 teams worldwide. We were 3rd among health clubs which means we have come in 2nd, 3rd or 4th among health clubs over the last 9 challenges. We are also proud that we once again beat all CrossFit teams entered in The Fall Challenge. Ted Chapler led the CRUfit Team with well over 1 Million Meters rowed during the 31 day challenge period.

We will honor our top performers and give away a few prizes at the following times:

Wednesday, October 24th at 12:30pm (after rowing class)
Wednesday, October 24th at 8:45pm (after rowing class)
Friday, October 26 at 7:20am (after rowing class)

Single leg bridge with  @darasportspt  a few weeks ago. A simple Theraband can push you pretty damn hard! 
As a side note, we are learning a HUGE amount about how challenging good production values can be, especially for people that think way more about human movement and high performance as opposed to aspect ratios and mic placements. . Still, video is a FANTASTIC way to translate and teach!
