Please join me in this beginning CranioSacral Therapy (CST) class. Learn the subtle art of blending and palpation of the craniosacral rhythm--the essence of CST. Understanding the anatomy and the influence of the craniosacral system, the system that houses the brain and spinal cord, and how it affects the body and health will be examined throughout this course. Participants will learn different techniques for releasing tensions and restrictions that inhibit this system. There is no pre-requisite for this class and registration is $499. Dr. Lisa Upledger graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1981. She has been studying CranioSacral Therapy since 1986. And just recently retired after 40 years from private practice. She worked at the Upledger Institute for 22 of those years and was married to Dr. John Upledger the founder, creator and developer of CST until his passing in 2012.
