Reunion Ticket Cost Planning
Now that we have reserved a beautiful venue for our golden reunion, our next step is to anticipate income and expenses to establish reunion ticket prices.
With the reunion nearly a year away, we understand it may be difficult to RSVP at this time, but we would appreciate your best guess on whether you think you will attend. The better we can project reunion attendance, the better we can estimate ticket revenue. Please send an email to [email protected] and give us your best guess – thank you!
Understanding that many of us are retired, living on fixed incomes, and dealing with the crazy cost of living, we will do our best to keep reunion ticket prices as low as possible.
We are actively looking for lost classmates and will invite other classes to see additional old friends and increase income – the more “cheeks in seats” we have, the less we will need to charge for tickets.
Additionally, for anyone willing and able to contribute more, we will provide opportunities to sponsor part or all of items such as the DJ, Photo Booth, or simply make a cash contribution. All such contributions will be handled with discretion and anonymously as desired. Please send an email to [email protected] if you are interested in providing more than just the cost of your ticket.
We are optimistic that everything will come together, and we will all enjoy our best ever Class of ’74 high school reunion!
