Hello Senior Families!

PVHS is thrilled to be hosting an in-person ceremony on Thursday, June 10th, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. Please read this email carefully as it contains important information for all families.

The link to RSVP for tickets will close on Friday, June 4th. Families must login with the student's PVPUSD email account in order to access the link. Please note that all graduates are allowed four general admission tickets. There are no paper tickets this year. The names that are listed on the RSVP are the ones who will be attending graduation and will check in with our attendees at the entrance tables.

All seniors will be required to attend graduation rehearsal on June 10th at 10:00 a.m. in the stadium. It is mandatory to attend and upon completion, the seniors who have requested handicapped parking will receive those passes.

EVERYONE will enter campus through the main parking lot gate off of Cloyden Road. Students will park in the faculty parking lot in front of the main office. All Graduates will enter the stadium at the Epping gate and walk towards the Softball field to line up. Girls are encouraged to wear comfortable and appropriate shoes as they will be standing in the grass and walking.

General Admission parking will be in the two student lots. VIP and Handicapped parking will be directed to drive around the back of the school along the fire route onto the two utility fields.

Parking will open at 2:30 p.m. and the stadium entrance will open at 3:00 p.m. sharp. Please be prepared to wait in line and be patient as we check in each party with the names provided on the RSVP list. There are no paper tickets this year. It is imperative that the names of your guests match the names of the people on your student’s RSVP list.

Masks are required to attend Graduation and should be worn at all times while on campus. Additionally, everyone in your party must show their “Green” clearance screen to security upon entering the school. The link may be found here:

Please see the map below for reference.
General Admission

General Admission parking will be located in the two student lots. General Admission entrance to the stadium will be the same entrance as handicapped seating. Ceremony Details

The Stadium will open for seating at 3:00 p.m. Graduates are asked to meet on the Softball field no later than 4:15 p.m. to line up for the procession. Families are asked to be seated by 5:00 p.m. sharp for the Graduates to enter the Stadium.

Please be mindful of other families while cheering for your graduate. Graduation is a ceremony of dignity and guests are expected to act appropriately. Standing on chairs to take pictures or approaching the stage area at any time during the ceremony is strictly prohibited. Balloons, confetti cannons, and noisemakers are not permitted.
We know that most families want souvenir photos of their son or daughter at graduation. The Senior Class has hired professional photographers to photograph each graduate as they receive their diploma. The link to purchase these photos can be found here.

After the ceremony concludes, Graduates are asked to pick up their diplomas from the tables surrounding the main parking lot. Due to DPH guidelines, we must request that families please exit the stadium as soon as the graduates process out.

We are so excited to celebrate this amazing and resilient class next week. If there are any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact Jama Maxfield at maxfieldj@pvpusd.net
Congratulations to your 2021 senior!!!
