We are so excited to have you back on campus very soon! I pray that you enjoy the remainder of your summer and come back fully rested and excited for the year ahead.

To help ensure Class of 2024 students and families are able stay up-to-date with all of the important information to come this school year, we’ve created parent/guardian and student group texts in GroupMe.

We are hosting a Senior Sunrise Devotion on Friday, August 11 at 6:00 a.m. at Saints Stadium. This will be a sweet time for the Class of 2024 to come together to see the sunrise, enjoy a light breakfast, pick up their senior t-shirt, worship, and listen to a quick devotional. After Senior Sunrise, students will be able to head over to Building A for Returning Saints Day.

Seniors will begin the process of completing various graduation-related tasks and pick up their student ID cards, class schedules, and parking permits on Friday, August 11 from 7:30-8:30 a.m. in Building A.

• Herff Jones - Representatives from Herff Jones will be on-site to distribute information for ordering caps & gowns as well as other Class of 2024 regalia. Click here to review their brochure.

• Schedule Pick Up - In order to access your student schedule in Aeries, please be sure to complete the data confirmation process online through your Parent Aeries account before August 11. Once this is completed your class schedule will be accessible through both your student and parent Aeries portals.

If you are not able to attend Senior Sunrise, please stop by the Building A Lobby to pick up your FREE Class of 2024 Senior Shirt on Thursday, August 17 or Friday, August 18 during lunch.

Herff Jones will be on campus in the Building A lobby from 3:00-5:00pm on Tuesday, September 5. No Appointment is necessary. Bring your Varsity letter. You will not be sized or be able to order unless you have your Varsity letter with you. Please contact your head coach for Varsity lettering requirements.

Get excited for our FIRST Senior Lunch on Friday, September 15! Join us for free food and fellowship during lunch outside Building A near the vending machine.

We will celebrate the Class of 2024 throughout the year with monthly Senior Lunches and other fun senior activities! The Senior Parent/Guardian Committee is made up of willing parents/guardians who help facilitate and organize these senior activities throughout the year. If you are interested in volunteering for this, we would LOVE to have you! Please, complete this Senior Parent/Guardian Committee Interest Form and I will follow up with you.

You should have received a flyer in the mail from South Coast Photographic regarding your senior portrait. If you did not receive it, please contact their studio for more information. For your convenience, South Coast Photographic has pre-scheduled an appointment for you. You must keep your customer number and password to change your appointment, view proofs, and order online at: southcoastphotographic.com. Please go to their website before your session and log in to verify your contact information and email address.

Please complete your appointment as soon as possible. Your Senior Portrait must be completed by Thursday, December 14, to guarantee it will be in the Yearbook. South Coast Photographic is our school’s official senior portrait photographer and your image must be taken by them to be published in the yearbook.

MANDATORY DRESS CODE:

• Females: Blouse or sweater (with appropriate neckline). No tops that are low cut, strapless, halter or spaghetti straps.
• Males: Shirt and tie with optional jacket. Hair must be appropriate length.
