Jesus’ joy to each of you! I pray that you all are having a wonderful start to your senior year! As a reminder, you will be receiving the Class of 2024 newsletter once a month, so please take the time to read through all of the announcements as they contain important information regarding upcoming events and reminders!

Herff Jones will be on campus in the Building A lobby from 3:00 - 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 5, collecting orders for letterman jackets, class rings, and cap & gowns. No appointment is necessary.

If purchasing a letterman jacket, bring your Varsity letter and order form. You will not be sized or be able to order unless you have your Varsity letter with you. Please contact your head coach for Varsity lettering requirements. 

All Class of 2024 graduates are required to purchase the Minimalistic Package. This package is $105.00 and includes the graduate’s cap and gown, a panoramic photo of the Class of 2024, and a Class of 2024 yard sign. All payments are made directly to Herff Jones. If you would like to upgrade your graduation package, you can select from multiple other offerings. For a complete list of items available for purchase, please review the Herff Jones brochure. Please be aware that if you decide to purchase Class of 2024 spirit gear through Herff Jones, only items that comply with our school dress code are permitted to be worn during the school day. Herff Jones orders can be placed online via their website.

Get excited for our FIRST Senior Lunch on Friday, September 15! Join us for free food and fellowship during lunch outside Building A near the vending machine. Herff Jones will be on-site taking graduation package orders as well!

If your senior did not complete the Diploma Name Verification Form at Returning Saints Day, please take a few moments to complete it now.

The Counseling Department would like to remind you to schedule a 60-minute appointment with your counselor to discuss your college applications, Naviance, college essays, and standardized testing.

To make the most use of time, please bring your laptop to this meeting. You can schedule this appointment during your free block, before or after school. Typically, this is a student-only meeting; however, if a parent/guardian would like to attend, that is okay too.

If you need to schedule during a time in which you have class, please email your teacher 24 hours before that class and CC [email protected] so that you do not get marked absent for class. The subject of your email should be: Senior Conference for ((put your name here)).

You should have received a flyer in the mail from South Coast Photographic regarding your senior portrait. If you did not receive it, please contact their studio for more information. For your convenience, South Coast Photographic has pre-scheduled an appointment for you. You must keep your customer number and password to change your appointment, view proofs, and order online at: southcoastphotographic.com. Please go to their website before your session and log in to verify your contact information and email address.

Please complete your appointment as soon as possible. Your Senior Portrait must be completed by Thursday, December 14, to guarantee it will be in the Yearbook. South Coast Photographic is our school’s official senior portrait photographer and your image must be taken by them to be published in the yearbook.

MANDATORY DRESS CODE:

• Females: Blouse or sweater (with appropriate neckline). No tops that are low cut, strapless, halter or spaghetti straps.
• Males: Shirt and tie with optional jacket. Hair must be appropriate length.
