12th Grade Postsecondary updates

Seniors and Parents/Caregivers,

It has been a privilege to spend the last 4 years with the Class of 2025. With graduation just about one month away, it is time to wrap up the odds and ends of senior year and planning for life after high school. All seniors are required to complete an exit interview with me.

This is a short meeting where we will discuss the following:

• Postsecondary plans: College, workforce, trade school - if you don't have a plan let's make one!!!
• 4-year College, Community College and Trade school going students: What do you need help with?
• Determining final choice?
• Have you received all financial aid awards?
• Applying for housing
• Register for Advising and orientation
• Comparing financial aid awards
• Scholarships received?
• Student loan paperwork
• Enrollment in college support programs such as Trio
• Workforce/Other plans:
• Do you have a job?
• Do you need help: finding an internship, apprenticeship, or other opportunity?
• Gap year:
• Have you confirmed your enrollment and submitted your deferral paperwork?
• Do you have a plan?
• Postsecondary counseling feedback survey
