Hello Hello!
We are so excited we can barely stand it--Fall Dance begins Monday!

The health and safety of our dancers, families and staff is our #1 priority.  So, just a few reminders before we start our Fall Session:

Mask Up and Keep Dancing---that is our new motto!
Dancers need to remember their mask or face covering.  These should be worn before class, during class and between classes.  We will give dancers water and "fresh air" breaks as needed.  We appreciate your cooperation in helping to keep everyone safe.

Restricted Lobby Access--
The lobby will only be open to dancers.  The viewing windows, toy area, and our usual table and chairs will not be available for family and friends to use during classes.   We will have some tables and chairs set up outside by our front doors to use until the weather forces us inside.  Dancers may use the lobby to access the bathrooms and to use for changing purposes only.

PRE-DANCE-These sweet younger dancers are our only exception.  If you dancer is attending our Thursday 2:00 class, we will have a limited number of chairs set up in the lobby. The use of the lobby and chairs should only be taken advantage of if your dancer will need help to use the restroom or if they are having a harder time being away from you.  We ask that if at all possible not to bring younger children with you as we are trying to limit use of the lobby.  Masks MUST BE WORN at all times.
New Check-in Procedure and COVID Questions-

Teachers will meet their dancers by the doors outside of each studio for role call and wellness questions.  This procedure will be adjusted as the weather changes.
Before class begins, your teacher will greet you at the outside door and ask you 2 questions:
1.  Have you had a fever or experienced any symptoms in the last 24 hours?
2.  Have you been around anyone that has tested positive or showed symptoms in the last 24 hours?
If dancers answers no to both questions, they will be checked off and can head into the studio.  They will sanitize their hands, set their stuff down and head to a floor marker.

If a dancer is unsure or answers yes, they will be asked to head to the lobby to call home for clarification or to wait to be picked up.

Please review these questions and this new procedure with your dancer prior to their first class.  We do not want this to be stressful or uncomfortable for any of our students.
Drop off, Pick up & Parking lot safety--
With the lobby being closed, we ask that parents be prompt on their drop off and pick up times.

Parking lot safety and traffic flow has been a big frustration for our families in previous years.  We are hoping to start off on the right track!

We ask that parents use the curbside for drop off only.  DO NOT wait, idle or park on the curb if you
are picking up your dancer. There are plenty of parking spots available for you to wait in. This will help us keep the traffic flow moving in the parking lot.

Our neighbors, The Goddard School, have kindly requested that our families not park in spots in front of their main building until after 6:00pm.  These parking spots should be used for their families during their prime pick up time.
There are spots available in most classes!

Registration is still open. Encourage your friends to join...we would love to have them!

Were spots gone for your first choice when registration opened?
We've had some swaps and class changes so please check our online registration link above to see if the class you wanted is now open.

Need to add or drop a class?
If you need to make a change to your schedule, you may do so by filling out a simple form online. Visit our website and click on the add/drop button on the home page.

While the world feels heavy and uncertain, we really hope being back at the studio and dancing together will bring a sense of comfort and normalcy to our dancers.

We are so thankful for the continuing support from each and every one of our dance families.   We can't wait to once again be filling the studio with energy, laughter, and joy.

See you in class,
Sara & Staff
