The application for the 2026 VBR Foundation grant is open! Grant and event sponsorship funding is available for housing-related organizations, programs, or events.
Grant criteria and application: bit.ly/2026VBRFgrant.
Organizations must be a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization, and funds must remain in Eagle County and benefit the local community. Application closes Friday, January 30th.
VBRF supports nonprofit organizations that align with our mission statement: To support initiatives focused on creating attainable housing solutions for all, and working in collaboration with community organizations to cultivate housing opportunity for all Eagle County residents.

Member to Member Broadcast Email is free and available to all VBR members (Realtors®, Appraisers, Affiliates, Assistants), courtesy of the Vail Multi-List Service.
Subscribe to send and receive emails at www.vbr.net/members-only/broadcast-email (log into your VBR member account).

What you MUST include (Per the Colorado Real Estate Commission):
- Your name, brokerage and team name in advertising.
- Also include your email address and/or phone number.
Advertising MUST include (displayed clearly and prominently):
- Full, legal name of the brokerage firm with which you are licensed.
- For individual brokers, your name must be included in advertisements.
- When advertising as a team, the team name is used, but the legal name of the brokerage firm must also be included.

What CAN NOT be included in the VMLS Broadcast Email:
Links to personal or brokerage websites, property listing sites, social media, etc... can not be included.
Also, link text, such as 'www.brokersite.com.'
Web links are not allowed in your Broadcast Email. This is to help protect users from sharing compensation info, which is prohibited per NAR and MLS regulations.
Emails with links will be delayed from sending until corrected. Delayed senders will get an email notification letting them know the reason.
