We know you are wanting to get to the slopes this winter, the problem is your traditional group trip may not be happening due to COVID 19. Classic Ski Tours has arranged a number of winter weekend getaways to a variety of the best resorts in the North East. We are offering group discount pricing for an individual trip. Classic Ski Tours worked with the resorts to provide you the best possible price for a winter weekend getaway. Most of our January packages include slope-side lodging so you can avoid the crowds of the ski lodges. Check out below for more information on the trips we will be offering to any and all this winter. Registration for each trip will be on a first come basis.

- For each weekend getaway listed below, there is a link to an online sign-up.
- There are limited rooms each weekend, sign-ups are on a first come basis.
- Each person that will attend the trip must be signed up for the weekend and must provide a deposit or payment in full.
- Payment options are provided below and on each sign-up form.
- Cancelation policies will vary for each resort, please see general information listed at the end of this flyer.
- If you have to cancel because of a COVID 19 issue you will get a refund (certain restrictions apply, full refund is possible)

A wonderful weekend getaway to one of Vermont's premier mountain resorts, Jay Peak! Skiers will stay slope-side in the Stateside Hotel starting Thursday, January 7th with check-out on Sunday, January 10th.

Known as the Beast of the East Killington has the terrain to challenge any skill level. Guests will stay at the Mountain Sports Inn located on the access road allowing them to take the shuttle or to drive themselves to the mountain. The package rate includes 2 nights of lodging (deluxe continental breakfast each morning) and a 2-day lift ticket.

Please adhere to the due dates for deposits and final payments. Failure to comply may result in trip cancellation.

You must provide your name, email, trip weekend, room type and who you are paying for with the transaction. An invoice will be emailed to you which will allow you to pay online with a credit card.
(there is a marginal fee per card transaction)

Payment schedule
- At the time of booking a $100 deposit is due. An email will be sent confirming the deposit or payment in full.
- We are unable to block rooms without this initial deposit from each person attending
- Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
- Any complete trip cancelled 45-60 days prior to arrival date is refundable, less a 10% service fee, based on the total contracted amount.
- Any complete trip cancelled between 14-45 days prior to arrival is 75% refundable of total contracted amount.
- Any trip cancelled within 14 days of arrival date is NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Trips cancelled due to COVID 19 illness or restrictions are refundable
Check In / Check Out time
• Check in time may vary from 3 to 5:00pm
• Check out time for all guests is 11:00 am - key cards will expire at check out
Incidental Authorization Policy:
- There may be an incidental authorization of $50 per unit/per day upon check in
- One credit card per unit may be used for the incidental authorization.
- All incidentals that are not paid upon check out will be applied to the card on file.
- Any damages incurred will be applied to the card used for the authorization.
- Refunds of credit card incidental authorizations will occur within 14 days of group departure.
- Processing of returns for all Check Incidental Authorizations will occur with 14 days of group departure.
