Greetings!

All of us in Southwest Florida are feeling the effects of pollution. Our red tide and blue-green algae conditions have made national news and raised awareness about protecting our environment.

Tri-Town is a sustainable construction company. Since establishing Tri-Town in 2006, we have implemented green practices in everything we do. We believe in being good stewards of our environment. And when you work with us, you are also, by extension, participating in good practices.

Here are some of the ways we're green:
  • Zero VOC paints
  • Simple Green products
  • Hybrid electric vehicles
  • Recycle, reduce, reuse:
    • Sell or donate used cabinetry
    • Recycle roofing materials
  • Non-smoking crew
  • Energy Star windows, doors and appliances
  • LED lights
We even ask our team to carpool when possible!

When you need a contractor for your remodel or renovation, consider the tips in this article, and call Tri-Town!

Sustainably yours,
Marc Devisse
Founder & President

In the News!
Tri-Town makes headlines in Florida Weekly

We were honored to be included in a Florida Weekly article about company culture by writer Roger Williams. He interviewed our founder Marc Devisse about what makes Tri-Town a rewarding work environment.

In the article, Mr. Williams writes "An extraordinary example of a business owner whose view of mission and employee welfare together has created a thriving company of 38 employees with little turnover ..."

"Tri-Town specializes in high-end home remodeling, kitchens and home additions from Marco Island to North Fort Myers ...Mr. Devisse seems to echo the wisdom of academicians and consultants who specialize in creating richer company cultures."

Meet Zach Lombardo
Remodel Tech

Zach Lombardo came to Tri-Town with a condition of his employment. He needed three months before starting his job. Why? He needed the time to donate his kidney to his son! His son is now thriving post-transplant, and so is Zach as one of our remodel techs.

Zach is a second generation construction pro who worked alongside his father from a young age, helping out "from the time I could walk." Zach, a Ft. Myers native, demonstrates his skill set at every Tri-Town remodel. Recently he undertook a major home project that fulfilled our client's dream design. Zach describes it as "a modern look with a beach feel." He also works on our commercial sites, including our new Quality Inn project. Zach will soon celebrate his first anniversary with Tri-Town. He says, "I like that it is a smaller company with a family vibe. You get acquainted with one another and become friends rather than just co-workers." Thanks, Zach!
Business for Good
It's "Back to School" month  Yet living among us in Southwest Florida are children whose parents cannot afford the required supplies.

As part of Tri-Town's "giving back" philosophy, we participate in annual school supply drives. This year, we donated backpacks and other supplies to Eva's Closet & Foundation.

A bounty of backpacks from Tri-Town!

Eva's Closet's mission is "to provide necessities for those in need with grace, honor, & respect."  They provide  clothing, shoes, household goods, food, toiletries, & baby supplies at no cost.

We hope you will take a moment to consider donating your used supplies. Learn more about Eva's Closet & Foundation here.

When you work with Tri-Town, you are expanding our ability to be a "business for good."
