Sale Description:

This house has got some great and interesting items.  There is beautiful cream leather furniture including a sofa, love seat and chair and ottoman combination.  Lots of electronics including a Mitsubishi stereo system and speakers, king size oak bed with two matching nightstands and dresser.  This bed also has a king size baffled water bed mattress and sleeps great.  If you prefer, you could also put your own king mattress on it.

 

Great artwork.  Oak executive globe.  Marble topped coffee table.  Some interesting masks.  Peruvian leather hat modeled in these

photos by Jerry.

 

Oak secretary.  Lots of office furniture and equipment.  Queen size bed.  Lots of kitchenware, washer and dryer, and lots of great tools too.

 

The musical instruments include a small oak harp, clarinet, and a very interesting accordian from the early 1900s.  The paint is all original and beautiful.  Oak desk chair.

 

Lots of great men's shirts and clothes and shoes and ladies too!

Great costume jewelry too.

40 years of treasures in this south side home. Beautiful oak dining set with matching china cabinet. Sleeper sofa, sofa and occasional tables, retro kitchenette, some vintage costume jewelry, garage has some tools. Great metal swing in the back yard. Sewing room galore with lots of fabric, a sewing machine and more. Lots of great kitchenware too.
