It’s a busy June for bikes, trails, pathways, and public lands - so go ahead and clear your calendar now. Friends of Pathways has a full lineup of community events coming up, from National Trails Day and the Bike Swap to Pica’s Day, the Munger Mountain community meeting, and Bike to Work Wednesdays.
Your future includes free bike tunes, delicious tacos, hardy trail work, hot coffee, civic engagement, and the chance to feel wildly productive in spandex. We hope to see you out there - possibly more than once, and ideally on your bike or your feet.

Join Friends of Pathways on Saturday, June 6 from 9 a.m. to noon at the Cache Creek Trailhead for a morning of volunteer trail work. We’ll be clearing debris, improving drainage, and helping get local trails dialed for the season ahead.
Whether you’re a regular trail user, a mountain biker, a hiker, a dog walker, or just someone who loves spending time outside, this is a fun and meaningful way to take care of the places that take care of us.

Looking to sell a bike you no longer use? Searching for your next ride for the summer? The 14th Annual Jackson Hole Community Bike Swap returns the weekend of June 6–7, 2026 at The Hub Bicycles in Jackson.
Hosted by The Hub Bicycles, the Community Bike Swap is one of the easiest ways to sell a used bike or find an affordable ride for the season ahead. The event helps keep bikes in circulation, makes cycling more accessible, and supports local pathways and bicycling advocacy.
Entry fees and 15% of all bike sales will be donated to Friends of Pathways.
Selling a Bike?
Bike check-in will take place on Saturday, June 6 from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m. at The Hub Bicycles.
Seller Fees:
Kids’ bikes: $10
Adult bikes: $25
Bikes should be in good working order and ready to ride. No swap day drop-offs will be accepted. Need help pricing your bike? Visit bicyclebluebook.com for guidance.
Buying a Bike?
The Bike Swap will take place on Sunday, June 7 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Early entry begins at 10 a.m. for $10.
Free entry begins at 10:30 a.m.
You’ll find all kinds of bikes, including kids’ bikes, town cruisers, road bikes, mountain bikes, commuter bikes, and everything in between.

Join Friends of Pathways at Pica’s Jackson Hole on Wednesday, June 10 from 5–7 p.m. for Pica’s Day!
Bike on over with your friends, grab tacos and margaritas, and help support local trails and pathways. Twenty percent of proceeds from the day will benefit Friends of Pathways.

| | You're Invited To The Munger Mountain Meet Up | |
Munger Mountain is one of Jackson Hole’s most treasured public landscapes - a place for hiking, biking, horseback riding, wildlife viewing, hunting, and winter recreation.
On Thursday, June 11, community members are invited to learn more about the future of Munger Mountain and the significant progress being made to conserve, improve, and steward this beloved public landscape.
Friends of Munger Mountain, in partnership with Friends of Pathways, Jackson Hole Land Trust, and Teton County/Jackson Parks & Recreation, will host an informational community meeting from 5:30–7:00 p.m. at the Old Wilson Schoolhouse.
The meeting will highlight recent accomplishments, upcoming stewardship projects, and ways the community can get involved in protecting and enhancing Munger Mountain for years to come.

Rally your friends, co-workers, and neighbors - Bike to Work Wednesdays are back for summer 2026!
Starting Wednesday, June 17, Friends of Pathways will be celebrating bike commuters every Wednesday morning with free coffee and breakfast treats from 7:30–9:00 a.m.
Each week, we’ll be set up in a new, bikeable location around Jackson Hole, making it easy to stop by on your morning commute, grab a snack, say hello, and start your day on two wheels.
Whether you bike to work every day or are just looking for a reason to give it a try, Bike to Work Wednesdays are a fun way to build the habit, connect with the community, and celebrate a more active, connected Jackson Hole.
