California State Association of County Auditors 115th Spring Conference

From April 29th-May 1st, our office hosted the county auditors from all across California for the California State Association of County Auditors 115th Annual Spring Conference. We rolled out the red carpet for all our attendees and gave them the royal treatment, showcasing the best of Orange County. The conference took place at the VEA Hotel in Newport Beach and included a dinner banquet around Newport Harbor for the installation of the 2025-2026 Officers. The planning process took almost 2 years, and it was a beautiful thing witnessing the fruit of our labor as the Auditor-Controller's Office.

Great job to our Executive Management Team: Andrew Hamilton (Auditor-Controller), Matt Holder (Chief of Staff), Sal Lopez (Chief Deputy Auditor-Controller), and Heather Brinson (Executive Secretary) for executing an incredible event and being gracious hosts for our attendees.

During the weekly Monday Messages from CPO on May 13th, Maribel Garcia (Administrative Services), Lorena Silva (Purchasing), and Alice Sinclair (ERP) was recognized for their hard work with leading the Deloitte-Oracle deal. We congratulate them for their due diligence and efforts over the last 2 years for this implementation and are proud of them for getting their flowers countywide.
