Official Records search page.

Our new Official Records system is now live, providing additional features and services for you, our amazing customers.


Searching for Official Records has a new look. Explore the new layout, watch a tutorial on how to search and learn about e-Certified copies and search tax deeds on our website.


For power users of Official Records, you'll want to check out the detailed user guide.

E-Certified Official Records Now Available

Electronically certified copies of Official Records may now be purchased online.


Your secure electronic certified documents will be available to download immediately after purchase.


Make sure to verify that the agency you’re working with accepts electronically certified documents. If the agency does not accept these documents, you can purchase manually-stamped certified documents from our Records Service Center in Room 4.2500 or at any one of our branch locations.

New Look for Tax Deeds Search

Searching for tax deeds? Now, simply select how to search using the tabs at the top of the page.


You can search by Parcel ID, Tax Collector number and more.

New Provider for Property Fraud Alerts

We've moved our Property Fraud Alert system to a new provider, allowing greater precision in how you can monitor your property.


Now, you can enter an address that you'd like to monitor in addition to your name.


If you are a current subscriber to PFA email alerts, no action is needed on your part to stay informed. If you would like to monitor a specific address, you can simply use your same email to complete the registration form.

Florida E-Filing Portal Changes

Effective October 29, 2022, the FL Courts E-Filing system will no longer attach PDF documents to the Notice of Electronic Filing. Instead, there will be a link to the doc that expires in 7 days. After that time, it can be found in the 'My Cases' page.

Offices Closed for Rosh Hashanah

Our offices will be closed Monday, September 26 for Rosh Hashanah.

Employees Volunteer with

Gumbo Limbo Nature Center

It's always a great time when our Clerk volunteers set out to clean up some of the 46 miles of coastline in Palm Beach County. Over a dozen of our staff partnered with Gumbo Limbo Nature Center in Boca Raton to pick up trash and debris during the morning of August 20. Kudos!
