Money Drop Concert Raised $3,600 for

Foster Children

The Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller’s 25th annual “Money Drop” holiday concert set a fundraising record on Wednesday, December 14 by raising $3,600 for the Selfless Love Foundation, a Jupiter nonprofit organization that works to connect foster children with families and focuses on three key areas: adoption, independent living, and advocacy.

Andrea Rocha Promoted to Criminal Courts Director

Congratulations to Andrea Rocha who is being promoted to Criminal Courts Director.


She started her career with the Clerk’s office in September 2010 as a Supervisor in Circuit Criminal, then was promoted to Assistant Manager in South County and finally promoted to Manager in Circuit Criminal.

Susan Eberhart Promoted to Finance Manager of Revenue & Cash Management

Congratulations to Susan Eberhart on her recent promotion to Manager of Revenue & Cash Management.


Susan joined the Clerk family in August 2017 as Assistant Manager of the Accounting & Financial Reporting department (AFRD).


In addition to accounting and reporting, she has particularly enjoyed working on many process improvements and acting as the liaison for a new software launch.

County Civil Limits Increased to $50,000

On January 1, 2023, the limits on the amounts in dispute for civil cases heard in Florida’s county courts increased from $30,000 to $50,000.


The $8,000 small claims limit will remain the same.

Free Valentine's Day Wedding

February 14, 2023

If you’ve dreamed of getting married on the most romantic day of the year, then we are hosting a special ceremony for you!


Registration is now open for the Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller’s annual Valentine’s Day group wedding, which will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, February 14.


Clerk Joseph Abruzzo will officiate the ceremony for 25 couples in the beautifully restored courtroom of the 1916 Palm Beach County Courthouse.

Clerk Abruzzo joined host Cyrus on ESPN's West Palm Tonight on December 20, 2022 to discuss the different roles and duties our office has across the county, including diving into some of his most memorable sports anecdotes.

Martin Luther King Jr. Day

Our offices will be closed Monday, January 16 for the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday.


Many online services we offer are accessible 24/7 including during holidays.
