Joe McClain leads the supplier diversity initiative by working to develop minority, woman and veteran-owned business enterprises as well as small businesses, serving on local diversity purchasing committees, and integrating diversity efforts within Eaton's business operations. Eaton's award-winning supplier diversity program seeks to establish strategic relationships with diverse vendors that provide world-class service and products.
 
Joe holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Gardner-Webb University. McClain formerly worked with Eaton's Kings Mountain plant operations in North Carolina, where he held numerous positions throughout
operations. His most recent assignment was manager of environmental, health and safety.  
 
As the Supplier Diversity Leader, Joe brings a wealth of operational knowledge to his role. Using this unique experience, Joe is able to bring the perspective of Eaton's business customers to their interactions with the diverse supply base.
