STATE RELEASES FINAL SEXUAL HARASSMENT TRAINING GUIDANCE
As we have alerted you, the State’s mandatory sexual harassment training for ALL employers becomes effective one week from tomorrow. That’s TUESDAY OCTOBER 9, 2018.
About an hour ago, New York State released the final guidance materials regarding the new law. The press release from the Governor’s office is attached and we are available to help you with your training and policy needs.
