BCH Strategy for Coronavirus 2019
BCH Coronavirus (COVID-19) Business Strategy
UPDATE - MARCH 20, 2020

In light of COVID-19’s on-going developments, we are implementing additional steps in our business continuity strategy. We believe this action is necessary to continue to protect the health and well-being of our employees and their families, as well as our client’s and their employees.

Effective March 20, 2020, we have expanded our existing work at home program, offering voluntary work at home to all staff members, which will remain in effect until further notice.

We have taken steps to ensure that all employees who choose to work from home have the necessary equipment to do so seamlessly, and without any interruption in service to our clients.

We remain vigilant with our prevention strategy, including:

  • Hand sanitizer has been made readily available throughout our office and all employees are being encouraged to use sanitizer and/or wash their hands repeatedly throughout the day.
  • We are limiting all internal meetings to less than 10 people and will utilize tele-conferencing as needed. This includes outside parties scheduled for meetings at BCH.
  • We are limiting the number of outside visitors entering our office and have canceled all seminars for the next 30 days.
  • All non-essential business travel has been postponed; however, we will continue to support essential business travel until further notice.

BCH remains fully operational to serve the needs of our clients during core business hours, Monday thru Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Should you require assistance after normal business hours, please call (713)-688-1500
