To stop any potential spread of the COVID - 19 while continuing to provide our clients with our highest standards of Service, our team members at the
Cari Ann Carter Group have received training. They are implementing what we call “Safe Service.”
"Safe Service" means that we will be reminding all of our clients that we are respectfully requesting to maintain a 6-foot safe zone when showing property and washing/sanitizing hands before and after our meetings. We know your life cannot be on hold, and we are committed to helping you find your dream home…safely.
As our team continues the real estate business in the Twin Cities, it is business almost like usual! No handshaking, hugging, and a little social distancing. The CDC says no groups over 10. We are honoring private showings, and open houses rarely have more than ten people in the home at a time. Sellers are using common sense practice and utilizing smart practice hygiene within their homes. We are still listing and selling homes, out with buyers and negotiating offers, and so are our clients.
We are in unprecedented times. We want to reiterate that the safety of our clients, buyers, and sellers, our staff and our local community is our top priority. Our plan throughout the coming weeks is to continue servicing our clients. Our sellers (homeowners) are excited to participate and share their homes with the many buyers looking to make a move. The buyers are looking forward to taking advantage of tremendous interest rates. Interest rates are offering fantastic news to the consumer. The buyers have plenty of reasons to be out here shopping, and the sellers are excited to offer their homes.
We are monitoring the ongoing situation and will follow the recommendations by the WHO and CDC, allowing our team to deal with new concerns quickly while ensuring the health and safety of our team and clients.
