It is hard to believe we are closing the first month of the new year in just a few days! As we navigate the cold and start to see days stretch a little longer, I think of how we can elevate health. The health of ourselves, our neighbors, and our community. As we so often address our resolutions starting this January, I encourage you to reflect on how we care for one another's health, and how we can make health happen in 2024.

Good Neighbor Health Clinic and Red Logan Dental Clinic save lives by providing cost-free medical and dental care to Upper Valley adult residents who are uninsured or under-insured and in need.

Here’s how your gift can change a life:

• $60 purchases eyeglasses

• $115 provides a comprehensive dental cleaning

• $500 allows a neighbor to obtain necessary medications

Tricia has been an incredible addition to the Good Neighbor Health Clinic Team. Through her role, she advocates for patients to assist with prescription costs, health screening services, and additional needs, all while providing clinical care. Outside of her time in the clinic, she can often be found crafting.

The Community Corner, located right outside the Red Logan Dental Clinic, continues to provide much-needed items to patients in need. This winter, Bugbee Senior Center has donated several handmade knitted hats, scarves, gloves, and neck warmers.
