An executive level healthcare professional with 20 years of progressive experience, Jeremy has the responsibility for the total administration and operation of both organizations which comprise a network of multi-faceted healthcare communities serving residents and program participants for more than 150 years.Jeremy took the CWP helm from retiring CEO, Michael Sweeney in October of 2021.
Jeremy will give a presentation on the future of CWP. There will be a question and answer session following the presentation.
