Community Wellness Partners (CWP) – the affiliation of LutheranCare and Presbyterian Homes & Services, President & CEO Jeremy Rutter. An executive level healthcare professional with 20 years of progressive experience, Jeremy has the responsibility for the total administration and operation of both organizations which comprise a network of multi-faceted healthcare communities serving residents and program participants for more than 150 years.Jeremy took the CWP helm from retiring CEO, Michael Sweeney in October of 2021.
Jeremy will give a presentation on the future of CWP. There will be a question and answer session following the presentation.

4. How does your business give back to the community? Most recently we have worked with the United Way collecting hygiene products they distribute locally to those in need.
5. What's something people might not know about your business? We have a large online following and ship to people all over the country.
