It's Market Season!

The Clinton Farmers' Market will be returning to the Village Green next Thursday, June 6th! The market will run on Thursdays from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm from June 6th through October 3rd.

The 2024 market will open for its 27th season with most of your favorite vendors returning, along with a few new additions:

Flora & Fauna Farm - Oneida, NY
Hidden Fawn Homestead - Rome, NY
Hutchings Homestead Honey - Sauquoit, NY
Jessica's Sweet Treats - Sauquoit, NY
Maple Wood Baking - Boonville, NY

Our Power of Produce (POP) Kids' Club will be returning, supported by a grant from The Community Foundation of Herkimer and Oneida Counties. Make sure to bring your kids to the Clinton Chamber of Commerce Information Tent to sign up for the program and receive their first $2 in tokens to purchase fruits and vegetables from our local farms.

The season's entertainment will kick off with performances by Clinton Elementary Small Music Ensembles at 1:45 pm.

DRI Projects Announced

Last week, Governor Kathy Hochul announced 11 transformational projects for the Village of Clinton and the Town of Kirkland as part of the Downtown Revitalization Initiative (DRI) economic development program.

"The Village of Clinton and the Town of Kirkland were named the Mohawk Valley's winner of the sixth round of the Downtown Revitalization Initiative in 2023. The eleven projects selected seek to encourage an inclusive and accessible community by rebuilding key public spaces, develop affordable housing units in close proximity to downtown amenities and invest in key downtown institutions like the Kirkland Art Center.
