Originally founded in 1947 as the Oneida Limited Employees Federal Credit Union, the organization initially served employees of Oneida Silversmiths and their families. Over time, ACCESS has evolved to meet the needs of the broader community, adopting its current name in 1999 and expanding its reach in 2021 to include multiple counties.
