Ribbon Cutting to celebrate 1 year in business

On September 30 the Ontario Chamber of Commerce helped Closed Lotus celebrate one year of business. ON Chamber invited the office of Pam Helming and her representative Kate attended, and Canandaigua Deputy Town Supervisor Adeline Rudolf attended.

This Fall CLY is trying to get a survivor group going. This is a group for female survivors of Intimate partner or sexual violence. It provides an environment where you can be in control and connect to your body and your experience. No experience with yoga needed. Just bring an open mind and a mat. dates to be determined

Resilience of the Spider

Spiders are resilient. Think what you will about them being creepy, I share that feeling, but they are miraculous creatures. They spin the most amazing webs if you have ever taken the time to look at one closely. How can we learn from spiders about resilience? How can we bounce back even when our homes are destroyed? Recharge and Restart this winter

Look in your email over the coming months for more information about the upcoming Recharge and Restart winter retreat for women who are caregivers; either formally (therapist or social worker) or informally as a caregiver for a loved one (mother, daughter, spouse). The retreat will be held at 41 Lakefront in Geneva from 2/28-March 2 and will be an opportunity to connect to yourself and promote self-care.
