Ride The Tide Fest Is Almost Upon Us!
The first-ever Ride The Tide Festival is about to begin and we want to make sure you've got all the details. This email contains all the information you will need to ensure you have a great time at Ride The Tide. If you have any questions concerning your tickets please email info@thecaverns.com. If you have purchased a VIP or a Yurt package you should have received an email from Christy. If you have not received it please reach out to christy@thecaverns.com.

Set Up Your Camp on Thursday!
The Camping Lots are open for patrons who have purchased an early entry camping pass from 6p-9p CT on Thursday 5/18. All patrons entering the campground on Thursday require an additional camping ticket for each car to enter. - these passes are sold per car not per person.
EVENT INFORMATION
Please save your tickets to your phone or print them prior to arrival - service is not very reliable in/around the venue. Please do not rely on your cell or the internet to look up your tickets at the gate. Have your ticket out and ready to be scanned once you arrive on-site.

All ticket check-in is at the Main Entrance. If you are not camping on-site please let us know immediately at check-in. We want to make sure you are parked in an area where you can easily access your vehicle and the parking lot exit.

There is no free potable water available onsite.I Please plan ahead and bring any water needed in the campground with you. Stay hydrated!  
No outside food or drink is allowed in the venue, please leave at your vehicle/campsite. 

Venue staff will be roaming through the campgrounds as well as stationed at the entrance gate at all times for anyone who needs any assistance.

Please be weather aware. If severe weather is in the area during the shows venue staff will make an announcment from the stage. If severe weather is in the area after the event venue staff will inform all campers to shelter in your vehicle.

Restrooms are inside the cave only. To access the restrooms, please follow the designated footpath on the right of the amphitheater stage leading inside the cave.

Merchandise and Concessions will only be available in the back of the amphitheater.

This event is BYOC and blankets - Bring Your Own Chair and Blanket. There is plenty of room to spread out during the shows. Once you are in place you are welcome to leave your chairs or blankets in the amphitheater. The Caverns is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Please note: Due to safety concerns, we will not allow entry to the venue by foot from Charlie Roberts Road. All foot traffic must enter through The Caverns campground and along the venue footpath.

Accessible Parking
The Caverns is an outdoor music venue in a natural setting. You will be walking on uneven gravel, grass, and wood chips and we recommend you wear outdoor sneakers or shoes. The path from parking to the venue is approximately 1,200 ft with some minor elevation changes and uneven terrain. If you or someone in your party may not be able to make the walk, please email info@thecaverns.com no later than 48 hours prior to the event. Once you arrive please let our parking attendants know you need to park in accesible parking. Please see the signs on-site and see the map below for accessible parking. Only the vehicle with the person unable to make the walk will be permitted to park onsite. 
No Trip To The Caverns Is Complete Without a Cave Tour
The Caverns will offer 60-minute walking tours through the otherworldly Big Room Cave where our knowledgeable guides explain the area's unique history, as well as the geology and mythology of cave lore. These tours are included with a VIP ticket. If you have a general admission ticket you can make reservations on our website.
Temporary parking will be available from 9-5 Thursday - Sunday while you take your cave tour. Please return to the main parking and camping lot to park for the show.

Cave tours are running from Thursday - Sunday from 9a - 5p CT.
Limited Edition Ride The Tide Merchandise!
Take a piece of the first-ever Ride The Tide Fest home with you! We will have commemorative t-shirts, posters, and stickers available in the back of the amphitheater. Get yours before they're gone! Merchandise will be availalbe in the rear of the venue on the side of the concessions building. 
Food Trucks and Craft Vendors
Food Trucks will be in both the campgrounds and in the back of the amphitheater for your eating delight.
