Operating Rules:
  • Our Meal Deal is required to purchase beverages. Typically Frank on a Bun with Chips. Offering may vary. Check website for Meal Deal specials.
  • 6-ft social distancing and masks required (unless seated for eating & drinking.)
  • Limited, distanced seating available in the bar, ballroom, and outside deck (with heaters). Moving of tables and chairs is not permitted.
  • Guests are welcome, must be accompanied by a member.

Sunday's Steelers-Browns Wild Card Game The Club will open at 7:30 on Sunday, Jan 10 for the Steelers 8:15 game. Sign-up is required. Walk-ins without sign-up will be charged a $5 fee. Our Meal Deal is required to accompany beverages. Typically pizza at $2.50/slice. Meal subject to change.
NOTICE: Eisfest Postponed Due to the State's current outdoor event and gathering restrictions, the annual Friends of Steve Feilmeier Bonfire, Brats & Beer event, which is held each year on the Saturday the week before Super Bowl has been postponed. Date to be determined.

Christmas Tree Drop-Off Although Eisfest is postponed, the Club is still accepting Christmas trees for the eventual fire. Look for tree drop-off signs posted at the pavilion. The Trustees request Christmas trees only. No other burn items accepted.
Alpenrose Schuhplattlers Spaghetti Takeout Meal Fundraiser
Please support the Schuhplattlers annual fundraiser dinner, this year as a takeout meal!

Saturday, January 16
Pick-up between 4:00 and 6:00pm
Pre-order of meals required. Ordering deadline is Thursday, January 14 at 5pm

Meal Choices:
- Spaghetti with Meatballs - $12 
- Lasagna (meatless) - $15
All meals served with garden salad, side of Italian dressing, and bread. Sides are not offered à la carte.

Add-Ons (may be ordered separately):
- Spaghetti Sauce: 1 Quart container - $5
- Meatballs: 1/2 Quart container - $5

Please Note:
- Pick-up slots between 4:00-6:00pm. As time slots fill up, they will be removed from the sign-up.
- This is a drive-through event. You will not need to exit your car. The clubhouse will not be open.
- Attendants will assist you through the parking lot to the pick-up location. 
- We can make change; however exact dollar amount is appreciated or you may donate your change.
- Checks accepted payable to Alpenrose Schuhplattlers.
- We cannot accept credit card payment. 
- If you have more than 6 meal orders, simply create a 2nd sign-up.

German Life Magazine Subscriptions
German Life is a bi-monthly magazine that features articles about life in German speaking countries and often includes articles about German events in the US like Oktoberfest.

The annual group rate is $19.95 which is a savings of $5.00 over regular subscriptions. If you want to subscribe, please send a check (by Jan. 31) made out to German Life to Suzanne Schaudel. Please indicate whether yours is a renewal or new subscription.

2021 Membership Renewal Grace Period Although our complimentary beverage chip incentive has discontinued, we continue to accept renewals during a grace period until the end of February.

Beginning March 1 and until end of 2021, renewals will be charged an additional $35 per person reactivation fee. Not sure if you have renewed? Look at your membership card. If it does not have a 2021 sticker, you either have not received or picked-up your new sticker, or you have not renewed.

Ways to Renew:
  • At the Clubhouse Stop in to renew in person at the Club during our M-W-F operating hours.
  • Online: A) with your PayPal account OR, B) with your credit card. Note: Both are managed through PayPal, either by account or by credit card. It's safe and easy. PayPal charges a small processing tax. There is also a $1 option to have your 2021sticker mailed to your home.*

* PLEASE NOTE:
  • Members renewing by mail without sending a stamped return envelope or online without the $1 mailing option will be required to stop in the Club to pick-up their sticker. Please don't forget to do this!
  • Mailing requests are processed weekly. Mail service has been slow. We hope this improves since Christmas deliveries are done. Please be patient, you will receive your sticker. If you stop by the Club prior to receiving it, just ask the Bartender. Your name is on a paid list and the bartender will give you your sticker.
