Save the Date (and your Christmas Tree!) Eisfest, Sat, Jan 25, noon-5pm

Drop off your Christmas tree for the bonfire. Other clean firewood accepted. No stuffed furniture or items with hardware. Look for drop off signs at the Pavilion. Additional Eisfst details below.

Club Operating Hours

  • Bar Hours: Mon & Tue 4-10pm, Wed & Thu 4-11pm, Fri & Sat 4pm-12am, closed Sun unless special event.
  • Food Service: Wed through Sat, 5-8:30 (1st Thu meeting night 5-7.)
  • Note: No dogs permitted on premises; all inside and outside areas.

Reservations

  • Touch Bistro Reservation Site
  • Reserve at least 3 hrs prior to requested time. Your table will be held for a half hour. Afterwards, no-shows will be forfeited.
  • Tables seat up to 8p. If your group is larger, create a 2nd reservation and note to be seated together or near each other.
  • Outside food is only permitted on days the Club is not serving food.

  • Taco Night: Two grilled or blackened fish tacos with red cabbage slaw, pico de gallo, and cilantro cream sauce, served with chips $10

All men or women interested in singing are cordially invited. It is not necessary to read music or speak German to join us, just have the willingness to make good music with German folk songs and other choral arrangements, all while making lasting friendships!

Students from the 7th grade class of the idealistic teacher Carla Nowak, a new transfer to the school, are pressured by other teachers to identify which of their classmates could be the most likely suspect for a series of thefts from the teacher’s lounge.

Schnee Cafe Afternoon & Kaffeeklatsch

Pre-order of meal is requested. Seating is open.




Note: There is no charge or sign-up to attend the Schnee Cafe Afternoon. There is a $16 fee and sign-up for the meal, tax included. Homemade desserts by the Alleweil Jung are by donation. Donations will also be accepted to help cover the entertainment cost. Seating is open throughout the Clubhouse. Walk-ins will be permitted only as food permits. Best to sign-up!


The meal will be prepared by Mark Stanavage & his volunteer crew. Everything will be cooked, "Größmutter Art." Translation: the way grandma would cook it!


  • Beef Sauerbraten - With gravy, semmel knödel (bread dumpling), spätzle, and carrots - $16
  • Chicken Schnitzel - With mushroom rahmsauce (cream sauce), kartoffel knödel (potato dumpling), spätzle, and carrots - $16
  • Schnee Cafe Kaffeeklatsch - The Alleweil Jung Folk Dancers will provide coffee and a wonderful array of homemade desserts during the band break. Desserts are by donation to the Alleweil Jung.


In order to assist the kitchen with food preparation, we are asking for a sign-up of meal selections.

Entrance: Members N/C, Guests $5

F&B Donations: Donations collected from all to cover the cost of Club supplied food & beverages. Stop at the Pavilion for an event wristband and to make donations.


This is not a public fest. Guests must be accompanied by a member. The event will close at 5pm. The clubhouse will not be open on this evening.


Christmas trees and clean firewood for the bonfire accepted. No stuffed furniture or items with hardware. Look for drop-off signs at the pavilion.


Bring a covered dish or snack for sharing. Serving utensils and outlets for crock pots will be available. Please bring items in disposable containers or remember to take your items with you.


Bring a photo of a loved one affected by cancer for our memory board -- in memory of, fighting, or surviving. A donation box will be available for gifts to Pancreatic Cancer Network and the Lymphoma Society in memory of Steve Feilmeier and Steve Jones, co-founders of the first Eisfest in 2005.

2025 Membership Renewals are in grace period until end of February

  3. Online with our JotForm by PayPal, Venmo, or credit card. PayPal will accept payment by credit card. PayPal charges a small fee.


Please Note:

  • Include a self-addressed, stamped envelope with mailed-in forms or $1 option online to receive your 2025 membership sticker by mail.
  • Please allow a week for our office to process your renewal before stopping in for your 2025 sticker.
  • Renewals must be completed by end of February. Beginning March 1, cards will be made inactive and a $35/pp late fee will be added.
  • Renewals not made by the end of calendar year 2025 will be dropped from membership. Afterwards, the membership process with fees, voting, and orientation will be required.

We are Looking for Trivia Question Readers


We hold Team Trivia each 2nd, 4th, and 5th Thursday of the month beginning at 7pm. A comp $25 food & beverage gift will be provided to volunteers. We are currently looking for Readers for January 30.


If you are interested in signing up for the 30th or a future date, or would like to learn more, contact Trivia administrator, Ron Kurek.

Reminder Regarding Access to the Deck in Winter Months

Access to the deck through the ballroom is limited to times when the ballroom is not in use for dining or events during cold-weather months defined as December through the end of March. For smoking, please use the designated area outside the front of the clubhouse when the ballroom is in use.

Daily Book & Pull Tab Reminders

  • The Daily Book may be signed only during Bar operating hours.
  • Member must be in the Clubhouse at the time of signature.
  • Winner does not need to be present at the time of drawing.
  • Only age 21 or older may operate the pull tab machine and play the games.
