Club Operating Hours

  • Bar Hours: Mon & Tue 4-10pm, Wed & Thu 4-11pm, Fri & Sat 4pm-12am, closed Sun unless special event.
  • Food Service: Wed through Sat, 5-8:30 (1st Thu meeting night 5-7.)
  • Note: No dogs permitted on premises; all inside and outside areas.

Reservations

  • Touch Bistro Reservation Site
  • Reserve at least 3 hrs prior to requested time. Your table will be held for a half hour. Afterwards, no-shows will be forfeited.
  • Tables seat up to 8p. If your group is larger, create a 2nd reservation and note to be seated together or near each other.
  • Outside food is only permitted on days the Club is not serving food.

Wednesday (3/5)

  • Fish Tacos - Two tacos available grilled, blackened or fried, served with cabbage slaw, pico de gallo, and cilantro lime cream $10 (+$2 for fried fish)
  • Bratwurst Sandwich - Topped with sauerkraut, served with chips & pickle $9
  • Substitute Chips: Fries+2, Seasoned Fries+2.50, Tots+3
  • Caesar Salad - Romaine lettuce, aged Parmesan, croutons, Caesar dressing, and anchovies $5 / $9
  • Salad Additions: Shrimp+8, Salmon+7, Chicken+5
  • Baskets: Tots $5, Fries $4, Seasoned Fries $4.50

Homemade Peanut Butter and Coconut Candy Eggs

Proceeds benefit Youth Cultural Grant and College Scholarship programs. Candy eggs are available for purchase at the Club through Easter, or until they are gone. Get yours early!

Ryan Sheaffer Sings Sinatra

Fri Mar 7, 6:00-8:30pm



Join us for an evening of easy listening and easy dancing as Ryan sings the Sinatra Songbook.


  • Come enjoy dinner while Ryan plays acoustic classic rock.
  • Then step out on the dance floor for some easy dancing.
  • If you could dance at a high school dance, then you can dance to the music of Frank Sinatra - great for beginners!
  • There will be slow dancing and swing dancing with demonstrations by volunteers.


6-7pm Acoustic Music, 7-8:30pm Dancing.

No dancing experience needed.

Don't forget to make a dinner reservation!

Rathskeller Bar

Thur & Fri, Mar 6 & 7, 5-10pm:

  • The Rathskeller Bar is open the first Thur & Fri of each month, 5-10pm through May.
  • Members may enjoy offerings which will include specialty beers, imported wines, and a German inspired cocktail menu. Stop on down!


Bar School

Sat, Mar 8, 6:00 (Note time change from previously advertised 5pm)

  • Bar School is offered once monthly through May.
  • March 8 will feature whiskey tastings.
  • Note: Last month's cancelled Schorles class will be rescheduled to Apr 5. May 3 class will feature wine tastings.

NOTICES

We're Looking for a Duck Race Organizer

Cathy Hofer is stepping down as Duck Race organizer. We thank her for her years of dedication to this important fundraising event.


If anyone is interested in taking over or co-chairing this event, reply to this email and you will be put in touch with a Club officer for more information.

Three Visit Rule

We encourage members to bring family and friends to the Club. All visitors of good will are welcomed in a spirit of Gemütlichkeit. Guests, after three visits within the calendar year must apply for membership to continue entering the Cub. The three-visit rule will be waived to guests with applications in process.


Access to the Deck in Winter Months

Access to the deck through the ballroom is limited to times when the ballroom is not in use for dining or events during cold-weather months defined as December through the end of March. For smoking, please use the designated area outside the front of the clubhouse when the ballroom is in use.


Daily Book & Pull Tabs

  • The Daily Book may be signed only during Bar operating hours.
  • Member must be in the Clubhouse at the time of signature.
  • Winner does not need to be present at the time of drawing.
  • Only age 21 or older may operate the pull tab machine and play the games.

Lancaster Liederkranz College Scholarships

Applications are being accepted through March 15


  • German Language Scholarships are available to all area graduating high school students furthering their German language education in College.
  • Educational Cultural Scholarships are available to Liederkranz affiliated graduating students involved in German cultural activities or volunteer work at the Club.

Miss Lancaster Liederkranz

Applications are now being accepted for Miss Lancaster Liederkranz 2025/2026. Applications must be received by April 1.


Miss Lancaster Liedrkranz has been a tradition at our Club since 1990. She is an Ambassador representing our Club not only locally, but around the Mid-Atlantic area, from Washington DC and the greater Philadelphia area to New Jersey and Connecticut.

Show off your Hummels -- Share Your Story!


Do you have a bunch of Hummels stuck in a closet? The LLK Hummel Collectors Society has started a Member’s Spotlight Program where your collection and their backstory can see the light of day for all to enjoy in the Club’s trophy case display. Please Stop in to see our current collection spotlight from Sandy Emerich.


Your figures will be handled safely and with respect. They will be returned to you or, they can be adopted by loving members of the Club. For more information on displaying your Hummels, contact our Hummel organizer, Bernard Clarke.
