Volunteer Help Wanted:

Occasional Rental Openers

Our rental event manager, Deb Keays, is seeking a few volunteers to occasionally assist with opening the Pavilion or Rathskeller for rentals during times when she is unavailable. Volunteers will be responsible solely for opening the venue and will not need to remain on-site during or after the event. For more information, interested members are encouraged to contact Deb Keays by email or phone: 717-368-1818.

Part-Time Servers

Club servers are volunteers who work for tips. If you are interested, or if you have children seeking part-time work, please contact John Stanavage.

Maintenance Team

The Trustees are organizing a Volunteer Maintenance Team to occasionally help with projects around the Club.

  • Experienced Help: We're looking for members with experience in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or HVAC to assist if the need arises.
  • General Help: We're also looking for general helpers to assist with tasks that may be too large for the Trustees to handle alone.

Participation on any project is voluntary, and only if one is willing and available. If you are interested in learning more, contact Barry Waltz.
