Club Hours, Reservations, Menus
- Mon & Tues 4-10p, Wed & Thu 4-11p, Fri & Sat 4p-12a
- Outside food is only permitted on days that dining is not offered at the Club.
- Reservations: TableAgent (reserve at least 3 hours prior to requested time.)

- Brewery raffles begin at 6:00
Brats & Kopytka Meal Available:
- Dinner orders begin at 5:30
- Meal by Mark Stanavage & Crew: $10 includes Bratwurst (1), Kopytka (homemade potato dumplings), and Creamy Cucumber Salad.
Note: You will order your meal at the Club on the 27th on a first come basis. The intent here is to give the kitchen a count for planning and preparation. If you plan on coming for a meal on Monday, please let us know. We thank you for your help!

Door Greeter Volunteers Needed
Volunteers work the front door to verify membership status and assist with signing in guests. Duties Include:
- Greet members & guests coming into the Club.
- Verify that each person’s Liederkranz Membership is current.
- Assist guests and sponsors with guest register, guest stickers, and answering questions.
For your time, a complimentary meal voucher and beverage chip will be provided. Couples are welcomed!

The town of Cologne records the brewing of Kölsch, a pale, top-fermenting ale, since 1300 or so. In 1985, the German government and 24 breweries from the Cologne region brewers guild (founded in 1396) established a convention for use of the term. Kölsch is typically lighter than Pilsner in color and is often around 5% ABV with a slightly malty, fairly soft palate.
