A traditional German Christmas market at the Pavilion with craft & gift vendors, food & beverages, musical entertainment & performances, and St. Nick & Ruprecht!


Seated dinner service, bar service, and kinder activities in the Clubhouse. There's something for everyone at this festive holiday event!


Volunteers are Needed - Find an open slot and sign-up!


Many areas still have open slots. A few areas of need are:

  • Sec. K-1 & K-2 (Kinder Shoppe & Kinder Crafts)
  • Sec. B-1 & B-2 (Off-Site & On-Site Parking)
  • Sec. G (Frozen Pierogi Sales Tent)

Hummel Society Displays the Nativity

Next time you are at the Club, take time to view the beautiful Hummel Nativity displayed in the trophy case.


The Hummel Society changes the display seasonally with pieces from their personal collections. If you are interested in learning more or wish to join the society, reach out to Bernard Clarke.

Club Operating Hours:

  • Hours: Mon & Tue 4-10pm, Wed & Thu 4-11pm, Fri & Sat 4pm-12am, closed Sun unless special event.
  • Food Service: Wed through Sat, 5-8:30 (1st Thu meeting night 5-7.)
  • Note: No dogs permitted on premises; inside and all outside areas.

Reservations:

  • Touch Bistro Reservation Site
  • Reserve at least 3 hrs prior to requested time. Your table will be held for a half hour. Afterwards, no-shows will be forfeited.
  • Tables seat up to 8p. If your group is larger, create a 2nd reservation and note to be seated together or near each other.
  • Outside food is only permitted on days the Club is not serving food.

Bar Hours:

  • Mon & Tue 4-10pm, Wed & Thu 4-11pm, Fri & Sat 4pm-12am, Sun closed (except special events.)

Food Service Hours:

  • Wed through Sat, 5-8:30pm (1st Thu meeting night 5-7pm.)

Wednesday Fare (11/20)

  • Mushroom Swiss Burger - lettuce, tomato, caramelized mushrooms, Swiss cheese, garlic aïoli, chips & pickle $15
  • Black & Bleu Burger - lettuce, tomato, blackened seasoning, bleu cheese crumbles, chips & pickle $15
  • Caesar Salad - romaine, aged Parmesan, croutons, Caesar dressing - Sm $5/ Lg $9 (add Chicken +$5, add Salmon +$7)
  • Veggie Wrap - lettuce, tomato, onion, carrot, red pepper, hummus, served with chips & pickle - $11
  • Bratwurst Sandwich - sauerkraut, served with chips & pickle - $9

Christmas Cookie Sales

Proceeds benefit youth grants for continuing cultural education, cultural Club activities, and college scholarships for children and grandchildren of the Club.


Cookies will be available for purchase at the Club the week before Thanksgiving. We are not taking pre-orders. Cookies will also be sold at Christkindlmarkt on Sun, Dec 15.

2025 Membership Renewals are Underway. Plan on renewing by December 31.


Three Ways to Renew:

  1. Mail In
  2. In Person at the Club
  3. Online with our JotForm by PayPal, Venmo, or credit card.

Note: PayPal will accept payment by credit card. PayPal charges a small fee.

Please Note:

  • Renewals made at the Club, mailed-in, or online by Dec 31 will receive a complimentary beverage chip. Stop in by Dec 31 to receive your chip.
  • Include a self-addressed, stamped envelope with mailed-in forms or $1 option online to receive your 2025 membership sticker by mail.
  • Please allow a week for our office to process your renewal before stopping in for your comp. beverage chip (or 2025 sticker.)
  • All 2025 renewals must be completed by end of Feb, 2025. Beginning Mar, a $35/pp late fee will be added. Comp bev chips are not given out to renewals made in Jan or Feb.
  • Renewals not made by the end of calendar year 2025 will be dropped from membership. Afterwards, the membership process with fees, voting, and orientation will be required.

Children's Poster Contest Advertising our Club's Dec 15 Christkindlmarkt!


Contest ends on Sat Nov 30.

Winners to be announced at the member meeting, Thu Dec 5.




  • Open to children and grandchildren of club members up to grade 12.
  • Age groups: preschool to 2nd grade, 3rd-5th grade, 6th-8th grade, and 9th-12th grade.
  • Paper is available at the Club, or use your own 8-1/2x11 paper (11x17 will be accepted, 8-1/2x11 is preferred.)
  • Include child's name, age & grade, member's name, phone and email on the back.
  • $10 gift card for winner in each age group.

Schreiber Pediatric Angel Christmas Tree

Our annual Schreiber Pediatric Angel Christmas Tree is in the lobby. Make a Schreiber child's Christmas extra special by picking a card.


Important:

Kinder Shoppe in the Rathskeller
