# means this score has been edited - by yourself, or perhaps by the pro shop when they entered a score on Ladies Day

The inverted v next to a score differential (found in the column next to the score entry) means a PCC has been applied. PCC stands for Playing Course Conditions. For example if the weather was very windy that day, the course might be designated as playing harder. The PCC is calculated at midnight each day, based on all of the scores entered. That is why it is important to enter your score by midnight.
