 Many excellent questions were posed with informative answers from each candidate. The Primary School Board Election will be held on August 18, so get out there and vote!

SAN JOSE COUNTRY CLUB GUIDELINES

**ATTENTION**

San Jose Country Club requires face masks upon entering the building, and while in any common areas. Once guests are in their designated banquet space, they are welcome to remove them if they would like. This applies to everyone and if they refuse, they will be asked to leave the property.

MONTHLY GOLF OUTING

An Arnold Palmer Signature Design, Blue Sky Golf Club just underwent a 1.5 million dollar renovation. Whether you choose to come out and perfect your game on our lighted driving range, play 18 holes of championship golf or just play one of our unique 9-hole golf options, Blue Sky welcomes all to come out enjoy our new relaxed golfing atmosphere! We also offer 3-hole or 6-hole rounds based on availability.

We have now added a Virtual Meeting option for our weekly meetings! If you can't make it to our regular Wednesday luncheons, please consider joining us virtually. There is no cost to tune in, however you will need to email virtual@sbmcjax.com in order to receive the link for the virtual meeting.

We will be meeting beginning around 5pm on Thursday, August 27 at Island Wing Company located at 4409 Southside Blvd (the old TGIF location). Please feel free to bring coworkers and friends!
 
MEET A MEMBER

DPS-JAX will be hosting a Meet A Member on Thursday, September 17 from 5:30-7:30. Located at 5730 Bowden Road. We hope you'll join us for an evening of games, food, drink and fun! Tickets are $5 and can be purchased here.

As you know, there have been difficult times as of late and many have been affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. In the spirit of "Members Helping Members", we would like to assist with finding jobs for those who have fallen on hard times. If you have a job opening that you would like to have posted on our website and in our weekly newsletter, please send that information to secretary@sbmcjax.com.

SBMC GOLF TOURNAMENT 
The Annual Crump Kirby Memorial YAP Golf classic has been rescheduled to September 21st, and will be held at the Golf Club at South Hampton.

With roll-back pricing, the cost per golfer is just $100!
Additionally, the cost for a hole sponsorship is also just $100!
We are looking for lunch and dinner sponsorships for $500-1000.
The tournament will provide lunch before we play and a BBQ dinner after!
