PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE

Last week we welcomed Alex Sifakis of JWB Real Estate. Mr. Sifakis spoke to us of the real estate market here in Jacksonville. He also gave an interesting presentation on how a recession does not necessarily mean a real estate crash and vice versa. 

I would like to wish you all a very happy Holiday Season and look forward to seeing you in the new year!

MEMBERSHIP COMPETITION

Congratulations to the winners of our membership contest! Rod Borom and Jepp Walter each brought in four new members and each will receive $500 at the Jan 8 meeting!!!

 
WEEKLY MEETING LOCATION UPDATE

Attention SBMC Members and Friends, 

Due to delays at San Jose Country Club, our first meeting at this location will be on 
January 15th. 

Our first regular meeting of the year on January 8th will continue at Epping Forest Yacht & Country Club.
