PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE

This week we welcomed Deb Harrell, ND: President of Heart & Soul Health who gave us some insights on healthier eating. As we found out, having more than a well-balanced diet is key to living longer as well as having a good quality of life. She discussed her top “Enemies of our Health” and what we can do to possibly change some of our lifestyle habits other than just eating healthier.

It was great to be back with everyone this past week for another great lunch at Foco De Chao!

Join us for an SBMC Family Networking Night at the Vystar Veteran's Memorial Arena as the Jacksonville Icemen take on the Greenville Swamp Rabbits on Saturday, March 12^th at 7 pm. Tickets are only $15.00 and you can purchase them here!

This opportunity is free to all members in good standing and gives you the chance to speak about your business, family, interests, or anything else you would like to "spotlight" for five minutes. You can place business cards, flyers, or informational materials on the tables to showcase your business.
