PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE

It is with a heavy heart I must bring sad news to you. Fred Allison a treasured member of our club, and this year's Sergeant at Arms, had a stroke. He is currently in UF hospital (formerly Shands) and has undergone surgery to remove a tumor from his brain. He also has cancer in his spine, chest and kidneys, all stage 4.

Please keep Fred and his wife Barbara and all his family in your prayers. We have sent flowers to Barbara from the club. I will keep you apprised of his progress. We are looking at ways we as a club can help and I will let you know of them as we go.

Thank you for your thoughts and prayers for Fred.

**ATTENTION**

San Jose Country Club requires face masks upon entering the building, and while in any common areas. Once guests are in their designated banquet space, they are welcome to remove them if they would like. This applies to everyone and if they refuse, they will be asked to leave the property.

VIRTUAL SBMC MEETINGS

We have now added a Virtual Meeting option for our weekly meetings! If you can't make it to our regular Wednesday luncheons, please consider joining us virtually. There is no cost to tune in, however you will need to email [email protected] in order to receive the link for the virtual meeting.

Through the end of the year we are running a promotion for those who bring in new SBMC members! For every new member you invite who signs up, you will receive a $50 rebate on your dues. If you bring in four or more, you will receive one FREE yearly membership!

CHRISTMAS KIDS SHOPPING SPREE

Date/Time: December 6, 7:30am

Location: Target on San Jose just north of I-295

Our annual Children's Christmas Shopping Spree will be at Target in Mandarin on December 6th. We will be meeting at 7:30am to escort children around the store as they shop for themselves and their family for Christmas. This is always a fun and fulfilling even, don't miss out on this great opportunity!

To add a bit of extra cheer, Ben Williams will give $50 to each person that dresses up for the kids (Santa, elf, reindeer, etc.)
