Health Acknowledgment & Waiver Form Completion Required BEFORE Entering the Club
All members will be required to complete a health acknowledgment form online PRIOR to coming to the club, which confirms that you will not come to the club if you have any symptoms of COVID-19 and that you will comply with policies intended to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Please do not come to the club if you are experiencing the following:
• Signs of a fever or a measured temperature of 100.3 degrees or
greater within the past 24 hours.
• Cough or trouble breathing within the past 24 hours.
• Have had close contact with an individual diagnosed with COVID-19.
• Have been asked to self-isolate or quarantine by my doctor or a local public health official.
How to Access Your Account for Online Reservations
Many of our online reservation systems will require you to utilize our member portal. If you have not used this feature of our software system yet you'll want to first go to our website and click "Member Login" in the menu options. Then go to the "First Time Here" section and click "Access My Account".

You can search for your account by entering your contact information. Hint: the email address your statement gets sent to is likely the best way to find your specific account. An email will be sent to you with instructions to access your member account — make sure you check your Spam folder, it will come from no-reply@clubautomation.com. You can then set up logins for each individual on your account to make their own reservations.
Workout Pods
These special 120 square foot workout pods with barriers include dedicated pieces of cardio & weight equipment that will be gathered for you and then disinfected by one of our team members between each use. The cost to reserve a pod is $5 per hour.

To Reserve a Pod:
1. Log-in and click “Reservations”.
2. Click “Reserve a Pod”.
3. Select the date.
4. Use your cursor to click and drag on the schedule to select the desired pod and the 30-60 minute time slot you want to use that pod for.
5. Click “Save Reservation”.

To Cancel a Pod Reservation:
1. Select the date.
2. Click your reservation.
3. In the “Take an action” drop-down menu, select “Cancel”.
Indoor Lap Pool
A note about the pools:
Although we have been hard at work getting all aquatics facilities up and running properly over the past week, please note that the indoor pools may not be up to their usual temperature right away tomorrow.

We are working as quickly as possible to get the outdoor pools open and will notify everyone when they are ready for use.

Pool lane reservation capabilities are coming soon as well, so stay tuned!

More information and links will be sent as soon as our online reservation tools are available for pool lap lane, playroom, exercise class, and tennis court reservations. This information can also be found on our reopening webpage, so make sure you bookmark it to refer back to as needed.
And again, you are not being charged dues for May. June opt-out information will be sent prior to June 1st and you will have at least a week to complete it before we draft member accounts mid-month. Please do not reply to this email with membership change requests, as we cannot accommodate them at this time. Rest assured, you will not be billed if you do not want to be, we just ask that you give us a little time to get things up and running again. Thank you for your patience and cooperation during this transition.
