Hello FLC Pathfinder and Adventurer NATION!!!
It is exciting to see Club Ministries growing.
We have 206 Pathfinder Clubs and 181 Adventurer Clubs! What a blessing 🙂.
We thank God for each Club, each Director/Secretary, each Staff, each child/young person!
As we get ready to end the Club Year - we want to remind Clubs re: several Club of the Year Items:
-FINAL DAY to SUBMIT ITEMS for POINTS in YMMS for COY - APRIL 1, 2025
-FINAL POINTS Remaining until April 1 are mainly:
-Share Your Faith
-Calendar Items entered in YMMS Calendar
For Pathfinders ONLY (and they MUST be done by an OAV - an Officially Appointed Volunteer - they must sign the document before you upload it in YMMS.)
-Club Inspection
-Drill Inspection
-CLUB OF THE YEAR POINTS Document - Click Here

-TIMELINE - Important Dates
-April 1 - Last Day to Submit Points in YMMS
-April 28 - ALL Points are added in YMMS, Clubs may contest points
-May 1 - Last Day to Contest Points (send proof to office for additional points) - Karen.Rivera@floridaconference.com
-May 24 - Banners - Club of the Year / Honor Club presented to Clubs at RZ
We look forward to celebrating with MANY of our Clubs this grand achievement of becoming - Club of the Year.
And we challenge EVERY Club to strive to achieve this award/honor.
