October 2018
Hi Club Presidents!

You should have now already registered your Club Status and emailed your rosters to me. (Due October 1st).

You might be thinking about some Elective Workshops to complete if you registered for the Greyhound or Ignatius club status and we have a few events that will count as an Elective. Make sure you sign in at these events to get credit! Any club member can attend these events and represent the club - it doesn't always have to be the President, so be sure to engage your other club members and encourage them to attend these events. You'll find an event calendar below with some upcoming Elective Workshops.

If no one from your club was able to attend the Club Funding & Program Planning workshop and you want to request money from SGA, set up a time to meet with me ( aleas@loyola.edu) so we can cover what you missed.

Event Reservation Forms

A quick reminder that Event Reservation Forms are availble in the Student Activities Office AND on our website. You can complete the form and email the PDF directly to me at aleas@loyola.edu if you choose to go paperless. Please submit them with AT LEAST 3 business days in advance of your event date and be sure to have an estimated headcount.

You can also reserve a table outside Boulder with the same form! Just circle "Info/Promo Table" for the Event Type.

Activities Fair

Thanks to Greycomms for capturing this awesome Highlight Reel of the Activities Fair! And thank to all of you for being patient with the weather while we rescheduled...twice. It was worth it!

If you didn't get a chance to come to the Fair and still want to register for clubs, feel free to email me ( aleas@loyola.edu) and I'd be happy to connect you to the Presidents.
