Dear Members,

We are sorry to inform you that we are temporarily closing the clubs starting 5pm this evening, Tuesday, March 17th.

We tried many approaches to keep the clubs open both for your benefit and to keep our team members employed, but at this point, we have concluded that we must temporarily close the clubs.

With the closure, our employees will not be at work which means we will not be available to answer questions until we reopen and have our team members back at capacity. Once we reopen, we will make sure that all members are treated fairly in terms of dollars and cents. We will not bill you any further until we reopen; we are also not able to accept any changes to memberships including modifications, cancellations, freezes, etc. Please submit your requests for any changes once we reopen; we will not be able to respond to or resolve requests received while we are closed.

We know this is an unsettling time for all of us: we are doing our best under these unique circumstances to take care of our members, our team members, and the community at large. Our biggest concern is figuring out how to take care of our team members if this closing persists, we are working on many solutions to help them out.

We appreciate your continued membership and look forward to welcoming you back to the club sooner than later. Stay active and healthy, use this time to connect with loved ones, find time to enjoy life, and most of all do your part to end this virus.

We plan to broadcast our own workouts and classes for our members on our Facebook and YouTube channels, and you may also utilize these free online classes offered by Les Mills .
