Each spring, advocates for the higher education success convene to shape and promote an agenda for Congress and the country at HACU’s Annual Capitol Forum on Hispanic Higher Education. The 2023 event will be held April 18-19.

BASIC APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS

• All Colorado residents - regardless of U.S. permanent legal residency status or U.S citizenship
• Hispanic/Latino origin or actively involved in the Hispanic/Latino community
• Minimum 3.0 cumulative on a weighted GPA scale of high school or college
