(USA) – With a focus on maximizing efficiency across its North American business in 2026, Coach O announces the promotion of Yolanda Freeman as Director of Operations.
Freeman brings 16 years of operational experience with the organization, where she’s worked cross-functionally across departments and built standard processes that have elevated Coach O. She’s previously served as an administrative assistant and a coordinator for officials across youth and collegiate meets.

In her new role, Freeman will manage daily operations, lead athletes and officials registration efforts and oversee customer service.
