Authorize Transfer of Ownership for Two Groundwater Monitoring Wells from the Mission Springs Water District, As Part of Their Obligation Under the CVMSHCP, to the Coachella Valley Conservation Commission in the Willow Hole Conservation Area D. Approve Resolution 19-014 Authorizing an Application to the California Department of Conservation for Local and Regional Planning Projects Proposition 68 Grant Program: Working Lands and Riparian Corridors Program, in the Amount of $91,286 E. Approve Resolution 19-016 Honoring 25 Years of Desert Protection Since the Signing of the 1994 California Desert Protection Act
7.	DISCUSSION / ACTION A. Acquisition of 9 Parcels Totaling Approximately 30.64 Acres in the Willow Hole Conservation Area - Katie Barrows Recommendation : Approve Resolution 19-015 authorizing acquisition of 9 parcels totaling approximately 30.64 acres in the Willow Hole Conservation Area at a cost not to exceed $95,000 plus closing and transaction related costs not to exceed $9,000; and authorize the Executive Director to execute all necessary contracts and take such other actions as necessary for the acquisition.
