Annual Business Case Competition

In November, the Annual Business Case Competition took centre stage at our Terrace campus!

Six dynamic groups, each comprised of two students from all our campuses, Engaged in a challenge to showcase their ability to think outside the box. With just three hours on the clock, they tackled a challenging business problem and arrived at ingenious solutions. The problem involved a nonprofit organization striving to find the delicate balance between community service and economic viability.

"We had an amazing event with a great turnout from community members, sponsors, and staff. Students from across CMTN's campuses put their business acumen to the test by solving a case involving business strategy, marketing, human resources, and accounting issues that required them to draw on every aspect of their business education" says Scott Van Dyk, Business Administration instructor.

Big congratulations to the first-place winners, Belinda Sebastian and Janice Cutanda!
