New! The Art of Giving
As we meet the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, we can’t help but think of the doctors, nurses and caregivers on the front lines. It is in that spirit and the Art of Giving that the Providence Art Club would like to send lunches to Women & Infants Hospital. Simply add your donation of $10-$20 when you place your next lunch order. Platters of sandwiches with sides will be delivered to the hospital as donations accumulate. We all are so fortunate and have so much to give these good men and woman who continue to serve us in our time of need. This is a small way to show our appreciation.

HOPE FLOATS 
2 small scoops of vanilla ice cream 
1 oz Peanut Butter Whiskey 
1 oz Chambord raspberry liquor 
1 can Guinness or other Nitro Stout 
Top with whipped cream, a drizzle of raspberry sauce and a cherry
PANDEMIC PUNCH
2 oz rum Pontche (Cape Verdean dark rum) 
1 oz pineapple juice 
½ oz vanilla simple syrup 
Shake well 
Drizzle sweet red wine on top Garnish with cherries and pineapple
PIECE OF CAKE

1 oz vodka
1 oz Disaronno or other Amaretto liqueur
1 oz carrot juice
1 oz coconut cream
3 dash cinnamon
1 pinch nutmeg
MOTHER'S DAY BREAKFAST

1 1/2 oz whiskey
1/2 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
Add maple syrup to taste
Sprinkle of cinnamon
Shake well
Pour over ice, drizzle maple syrup on top
Sprinkle cinnamon and add a cinnamon stick to garnish
SILVER LINING MARGARITA
1 1/2 oz Tequila Blanco
1/2oz Grand Marnier
2oz Ripe Agave Margarita Mix
2 Limes
PEACHY CLEAN MINT JULEP
5 Sprigs Mint Tops
1 Heaping Teaspoon Brown Sugar
Splash Peach Schnapps or Brandy
1 oz White Peach Juice
4 oz Whiskey or Bourbon
Muddle first 4 ingredients in glass
Fill with bourbon
Fill glass over the top with crushed ice
THE CURE
3 oz. Whiskey
1 oz. Lemon juice
1.5 oz. Ginger Syrup (Simmer 2 cups Water, 1 cup Sugar, and Peeled Ginger to make a Syrup)
.5 oz. Honey
Shake with ice, garnish with a sprig of Rosemary
KNOB/KNOCK IT OFF
Muddle Cherries and Orange slices in Simple Syrup
Add Ice
3 oz. Knob Creek Bourbon
.5 oz. Sweet Vermouth
.5 oz. St. Germain Elderflower
A Shot of Angostura Bitters
Stir, do not shake!
Pour over Ice, Add Sugared Orange and Bourbon Cherry
PATIENT ZERO
3oz Reposado Tequila
1/2oz Triple Sec
1/2oz Fresh Lime Juice
1 1/2oz Pineapple Juice
SHAKE
Top off wit 1/2oz Midori Melon Liqueur
STORMY WEATHER
3oz Goslings Black Rum
1/2oz Fresh Lime Juice
2oz Goslings Ginger Beer
Cherry Lime Syrup
Muddle Bourbon Cherry in the bottom of your glass before building your cocktail!
